身障者騎三輪重機 考駕照卻被打回票

交通部2015年初開放三輪機車合法上路，但卻限制身障人士要騎三輪機車，CC數只能在250以下。這讓熱愛重機的身障鐘表維修技師陳春華相當不滿，陳春華自己就有一台900CC.的三輪重機，騎起來很平穩，但要考駕照卻被拒絕，「身障者為何不能享有騎重機的樂趣」，抨擊政府歧視身障人士。

渾厚的引擎聲浪，超寬的車頭手把，一整個就是霸氣十足。

但仔細看，機車後輪比一般重機多了兩輪，這台改裝的重機三輛車是身障者陳春華的心肝寶貝，平常就愛騎著它到處兜風。
